4. Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

5. Insurance & Licensing
We are fully licensed and insured to operate in the states where we conduct business.

For insurance claim work, the property owner remains responsible for any deductibles and non-covered items.

We may communicate directly with your insurance company to assist with claim processing, but final responsibility for payment remains with the client.

6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials when available.

We provide a workmanship warranty as outlined in the specific project agreement.

Warranties may be voided by neglect, improper maintenance, or work performed by others after project completion.

7. Liability
We are not liable for delays, damages, or additional costs caused by events outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, supplier shortages, changes in laws or codes).

Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings and providing safe access to the work area.
