Q: Do you install and repair roofs?
Yes. We offer professional roof installation, replacement, and repair for a variety of systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, TPO, EPDM, tile, and slate.
Q: How long does a roof replacement take?
Most roof replacements can be completed within 1–3 days for residential projects and within a few days to a few weeks for commercial projects, depending on size, complexity, and weather.
Q: What roofing materials do you work with?
We work with asphalt shingles, metal, tile, slate, TPO, EPDM, and other flat or pitched roofing systems to meet your property’s needs.
Q: Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We provide manufacturer warranties on materials and a workmanship warranty as outlined in your project contract.

Yes. We work closely with insurance adjusters to document damage, prepare estimates, and ensure repairs meet the scope approved by your insurer.

Unforeseen Circumstances & Estimate Changes
Q: Why might my estimate change after work starts?
Once work begins, we may uncover hidden issues such as structural damage, code violations, or material deterioration. These may require additional work or materials to ensure the project is completed correctly.
Q: How will I be notified?
We will communicate immediately, provide documentation (such as photos), and issue a written change order for your approval before continuing.
Q: How can I prepare?
We recommend setting aside 10–20% of your total project budget for contingencies to cover unexpected conditions.
